PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order is simple and you can choose any of the methods listed below:

You can shop confidently on our secure website. Simply place products into your virtual shopping bag using the “Add to Basket” button. When you are finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button and you will be prompted to provide billing and shipping information.

You may email your order anytime to info@crownsandcoronets.co.uk. To ensure your privacy, please do not send any credit card information via email. We will contact you for this information.

Payment Options

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Delta/Maestro cards for all online orders. All payments are handled securely by PayPal. Cheques may be made payable to Crowns & Coronets Ltd.

PACKAGING AND GIFT BOXING

All Crowns & Coronets products are checked individually and Little Crowns & Coronets clothes are delivered perfectly wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our beautiful gift box. There is no extra charge for this service. A hand-written note or card can be added if requested (for online orders, there is an option to add on a message during the checkout process).

DELIVERY

We undertake to accept or reject you order within 7 days. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery after your order has been despatched. We have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for Little Crowns & Coronets in the UK. Our standard delivery charge for the HOME Collection is £10.00. We send all parcels with a premium sign-for delivery service and the charge includes insurance for the goods sent. Please note that your signature will be required for all deliveries. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange an alternative delivery method.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a full refund or free exchange for unworn, unwashed items returned within 10 days of purchase in the original packaging with tags and labels attached and with proof of purchase. We can not guarantee an exchange or refund for any items sent to us over this 10 day period. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. When we receive returned goods, we will refund you in full the amount you paid for them (less the postage) by credit or cheque or offer an exchange (when in stock) whichever you prefer, within two weeks.
